Farewell Dinner

We spoke in our Sacrament meeting on February 10, 2013 and had about 80 family and friends who attended (there were a few disoriented ward members as "their" benches were taken when they arrived). We then had a meal together at our daughter's house afterwards. These pictures are a few shots from our get together.

Progress Update

Progress on our plans to leave for our mission are progressing as we have signed papers to rent our home to  a very nice young couple who are expecting their first child in August. We have been assigned to speak in Sacrament meeting on February 10 and drive to Salt Lake on February 27. Our granddaughter who has been called to serve in the Michigan Lansing mission will enter the MTC on February 27 as well.
